Intervention in Organizational Culture (OC) is a bringing about content and procedural changes into personnel conversations into the inner organizational environment. It is the way to overcome the latent conflict - the fight for power between units and among managers in organization - effect of the power-balance (Naydonov M.). The organization with external-control orientation of OC (Muijen J., others) was the sample for analysis. Intervention in OC is achieved by multi-modulus program based on the method of the training-practical events (TPE) in organization (see Naydonov M.).
