The present SCA Project most generally reflects vision of expedient directions of transformations to the company. The project is called to make a research and the resolution of problems, rising in a big and territorially distributed organization having the especial system of relations and tradition, at a stage of necessity of changes. The necessity of changes is dictated by requirements of investments efficiency increase, transition to new forms of corporate management, injection of new significant subjects with their plans, influence of market condition, competitive and macroeconomic conditions.
